Kathryn Sturtridge                   

Kathryn is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Professional Counsellor, holding clinical membership with AHA (Aust. Hypnotherapists Assoc) as well as membership with The American Board of Hypnotherapy and The National Guild of Hypnotists (USA). 

Kathryn's career has always involved working closely with people in varied aspects. Her experience extends to areas of recruiting and training, leadership, and the planning, implementation and achievement of high level goals through strong team management. These skills and areas of leadership created an awareness for Kathryn to extend her knowledge and training to assist people at a much more profound level.

Her specialised counselling studies and experience began in 1998 and through this a passion developed, to fully understand human behaviour at the core level, and how changes from within could effect amazing new beliefs and behaviours. It also become evident to Kathryn that a deeper approach was required to effectively and profoundly make the changes that would have such amazing results.

Hypnosis has always been an area of interest, having experienced it herself many years ago, and in 2004 Kathryn trained with The Australian Academy of Hypnosis in very specialised techniques. Kathryn utilizes the power of hypnosis to effect profound and permanent changes in her clients. Extensive studies and research continue and form the very effective programs developed by Kathryn.

Today Kathryn has a very busy and successful clinic in Perth WA, where people everyday are experiencing wonderful changes in their lives.

Kathryn is now introducing workshops and seminars to the Lotus Hypnosis program of events, incorporating life coaching and skills providing participants with the power to explore and use the powerful resources within.
