In order to release your excess weight and maintain your ideal body weight and size, it is vital to resolve the underlying belief patterns related to food and yourself. From an early age we learn about food and eating. In a healthy nurturing environment we learn the positive aspects of eating i.e
- When you feel hungry you eat something.
- When you feel full, you stop eating.
- You feel satisfied with the right amount of food for your body at that time, with no desire to eat again until genuinely hungry.
Why Am I Overweight?
Unfortunately many people have learnt to use food an a reward or to comfort them when feeling lonely, bored, sad, depressed. Maybe food has been a treat in the past or perhaps an unsettling event has caused emotional distress resulting in overeating.
This behaviour leads to excessive, unneccessary eating and mostly unhealthy food choices.
Cravings and binging can then become a normal pattern resulting in excessive fat and unhealthy glycemic levels affecting health and well-being.
At this stage people feel out of control and can have obsessive thoughts about food, food controls their thoughts, their feelings and their life!
Breaking The Cycle
To break the cycle of this destructive behaviour, the underlying causes must be addressed and resolved. Some people are aware of why they eat too much, need to feed the feelings of emptiness, feeling unfulfilled. Others cannot understand why they cannot take control of their eating behaviours and weight.
The HypnoSLIM Program is designed to resolve and release any and all emotional aspects to overeating and any reason for being overweight. The process allows these changes to be made at a deep subconscious level where the unhealthy, unhelpful beliefs have been reinforced by past experiences. By releasing the unhelpful and destructive patterns, you can then accept and integrate new healthy, positive ideas and behaviours to achieve your goals.

How The Program Works
The HypnoSLIM program consists of 4 - 6 sessions (depending on the extent of issues and amount of weight loss). The first three sessions are the fundamental clearing and releasing sessions with focus on eating behaviours and exercise motivation. Sessions four to six continue resolving any issues that may surface and reinforce the positive suggestions.
During the sessions, positive suggestions are integrated with all areas of the mind and body to acknowledge FEELING HUNGRY and also FEELING FULL. By acknowledging these important signals from the body and mind you can eat to fulfill your body's requirements at that time and stop before eating too much. Eating only when you are genuinely hungry.
Comfort eating, overeating, binging and cravings are addressed in the powerful clearing processes within the sessions.
