What to expect

This program comprises of 6 sessions. Allow up to 90 minutes for each session.

Week 1              Session 1     

Information gathering, assessment of weight loss/management. Identifying belief patterns and eating habits and behaviours. Explore emotional aspects of behaviours. Determining goals and outcomes.

Hypnosis component - clearing emotional beliefs and behaviours, positive suggestions for positive ideas, new beliefs and healthier attitudes.

Week 2              Session 2

Assessment of previous session, thoughts and attitudes. identify improvements and areas of concern. Define goals and outcomes.

Hypnosis component - further clearing  of deeper layers of emotional beliefs and behaviours, followed by positive suggestions for healthy eating, tuning into hunger feelings and fullness, reinforcing new behaviours. 

Week 3             Session 3

Clearly define improvements and reassessment of goals and outcomes. Discuss areas of concern, if any. Usually by this stage you are feeling more in control, calmer, happier and more confident in achieving your goals, and noticing significant changes in your eating behaviours.

Hypnotic component - further clearing of deeper layers, old programming, followed by positive suggestions and reinforcement in all areas.

Week 5            Session 4

Goal assessment, define improvements and new behaviours, thoughts and feelings. Determine areas for clearing and reinforcement. This session is about strengthened the new programs and newly developed belief systems, identifying any areas of weakness. It also involves further clearing of old in order to fully maintain the new.

Hypnotic component - further clearing of deeper layers, old programming, followed by positive suggestions and reinforcement in all areas.  

 Week 8          Session 5

These sessions are determined based on goal achievement and outcomes from previous sessions. The main objective for this session is to reinforce new beliefs and behaviours and clearing any remaining issues whilst enhancing motivation and all positive suggestion.

Hypnotic component - reinforcement of all positive change and achievement

Week 11        Session 6
