LIFE CHANGES 

HYPNOTHERAPY & WELL-BEING  PROGRAM

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
What to expect
This program comprises of 4 sessions ideally scheduled over approx 6 weeks 
           
 Session 1   
  
In this initial session your hypnotherapist will gather information relating to the issues you wish to resolve, and also relevant personal history. This will allow your therapist to develop an understanding of what you are currently experiencing and how your life experiences have shaped your attitudes and responses. 
 
Identifying belief patterns, habits and behaviours, will assist in determining the goals for your success and the best way to achieve your desired outcome. 
 
The Hypnosis component will include - deep clearing of negative emotions, limiting beliefs and destructive behaviours, followed by direct, positive suggestions promoting a calmer, clearer focus, new perspective, improved ideas and beliefs and a positive, optimistic outlook.
 
Session 2
 
Assessment of the previous session, thoughts and attitudes. identify improvements and areas of concern.
Define goals and outcomes.
Hypnosis component - further clearing of deeper layers of emotional beliefs and behaviours, followed by positive suggestions, reinforcing positive healthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
 
Session 3
 
Clearly define improvements and reassessment of goals and outcomes.
Discuss areas of concern, if any.
Usually by this stage you are feeling more in control, calmer, happier and more confident in achieving your goals, and noticing significant changes in your emotions, thoughts and attitudes.
Hypnotic component - further clearing of deeper layers, old programming, followed by positive suggestions and reinforcement in all areas.
 
Session 4
 
Goal assessment, define improvements and new behaviours, thoughts and feelings.
Determine areas for clearing and reinforcement.
This session is about strengthening the new programs and newly developed belief systems, identifying any areas of weakness. It also involves further clearing of old in order to fully maintain the new.
Hypnotic component - further clearing of deeper layers, old programming, followed by positive suggestions and reinforcement in all areas.
 

 
 Further sessions are available if required though the vast majority of our clients have achieved their desired outcome by this stage. Further sessions are determined based on goal achievement and outcomes from previous sessions. The therapist and client decide the program of further treatment if it is deemed necessary.
 

 
LIFE CHANGES LIFE MAP Coaching & Hypnotherapy
(optional if desired)
 
By this stage you are feeling good about yourself and who you are, with a strong belief in your ability to life a happy and successful life. This next step is for you to find your true purpose and deeper meaning within yourself, your relationships and your life.
In this session we will:
Create your LIFE MAP including dynamic and powerful goals based on purpose and meaning.
Powerful techniques are introduced to fulfil your dreams and actualise your true potential.
Activate the desire and trust to be all you can be, and live to your fullest potential.
Define effective communication skills to realise your dreamsand influence amazing outcomes.
Full LIFE CHANGES hypnotherapy process, to release & resolve issues at this new level.
